00:00:00.280 --> 00:00:00.600
Hello!

00:00:00.600 --> 00:00:04.200
My name is Miao and I come from China.

00:00:04.640 --> 00:00:07.800
I have been studying at the Academy
for two years now.

00:00:09.120 --> 00:00:14.040
I'm in the class of Installation and Intervention.

00:00:15.160 --> 00:00:20.640
At the beginning, I heard from a friend
who was studying at the academy in Düsseldorf,

00:00:21.800 --> 00:00:25.320
and he was doing Erasmus here,
and I got the information from him

00:00:25.320 --> 00:00:28.840
that the Academy is a nice place to study.

00:00:29.160 --> 00:00:31.160
That's why I applied, and I got in.

00:00:31.160 --> 00:00:36.680
And I am usually working on with

00:00:36.680 --> 00:00:40.240
like, installation and mixed media,

00:00:40.600 --> 00:00:43.600
experimental video and also performance.

00:00:43.720 --> 00:00:48.200
And I'm just extending my practice
in the Academy as well.

00:00:48.440 --> 00:00:53.240
I continue
to all this very mixed media stuff.

00:00:54.000 --> 00:00:56.040
At the moment, I'm working with glass,

00:00:56.040 --> 00:01:01.160
which I started since the beginning of the semester.

00:01:01.160 --> 00:01:02.520
I'm still in a process.

00:01:02.520 --> 00:01:05.800
I also have no clue
how it’s gonna turn out,

00:01:06.360 --> 00:01:08.920
but I'm kind of anxious to see,

00:01:09.960 --> 00:01:13.680
to see this texture of the old glass.
