A day in the printing workshops

Author: Prima Mathawabhan (UGC)

S13 and E16 are the two printing workshops located at Schillerplatz. In the videos, the student Prima shows us an overview of the facilities in these two spaces and gives a little peek into the process of her artistic practice.

E16: Screenprinting Studio

Here in this space, students are welcome to realize their own projects using silk screen printing techniques during the opening hours. After completing the course and receiving a special introduction from the head of the workshop, students are able to join the key list and work independently as well.

S13: Intaglio Printing, Letterpress Printing, and Lithography

These are the printing techniques that can be explored in S13. Similar to E16, students are welcome to realize their artistic projects with support during the opening hours. The key list is also available for students who complete the required courses and have a consultation with the heads of the workshop, enabling them to work independently.
