From working-class child to art school - Petz's path to the Academy

Petz tells of an impressive educational path: growing up in the countryside, the path led from a secondary school and a technical college for electrical engineering to studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. With a passion for politics, activism and aesthetics, Petz managed to successfully master their time at the Academy despite the challenges. Today, their focus is on teaching and research at the University of Arts Linz, with a commitment to social change, education and accessible art education.
