Open Days 2025 "Akademie-Rundgang"
From Thursday, 16th January to Sunday, 19th January 2025, the annual open days event "Akademie-Rundgang" takes place at all locations of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. Institutes and departments open their studio doors and studios, performances, discussions and educational programs are offered. Some departments also offer student advice during these days.

Admission Examinations for the 2024/25 study year:
The application deadlines for the admission examinations for the 2024/25 study year are currently all over.
The next period of admission examinations for the 2025/26 study year will start again in January 2025. The new dates will be published on all Academy channels at the end of 2024.
Portfolio reviews:
Portfolio reviews are offered by the Institute of Art and Architecture and the Institute of Education in the Arts on time before the entrance examinations.
Portfolio reviews are not offered at the Institute of Fine Arts.
